I always choose this spot for my stay. The staff helped me with bug spray on my first visit, which I remember. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like luggage storage, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, and more. Coming back for xmas.

The hotel's decor took me back to a more elegant era, with its beautiful gold trimmings, plush red velvet, and rich green brocade. It made me feel like I was part of history. The hotel's accessibility was great for us seniors, and the Concierge team took the time to share insider tips, which made our stay even more special. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, allowing us to move around without feeling overwhelmed.

I would ask for firmer pillows for a better vacation for senior people.

Clean hotel, there were exceptional location and rooms. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. It was spotless with a great bed and a large bathroom.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the friendly and efficient staff, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the room I stayed in had a great city view, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet, and the bar had a nice atmosphere with really cold beer.

At times, there was a shortage of hot water and water pressure in the shower, which was a bit frustrating.

Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, unbelievable location near all the sights with a historic air. Our rooms were fine and exceptional with view on a brokendown balustrade, king sized bed and the TV on the right side of the bed.

The view from my room was breathtaking, with a clear sight of the iconic monument. the room itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern flat screen tv. the hotel had multiple high-end dining options to choose from, including a delightful French cafe. Plus, the hotel's historical significance added an extra charm to my stay, with a small museum showcasing its importance.

There were no views from some of the rooms, and the breakfast area was always overcrowded, making it necessary to make a reservation.

Room service was available 24 hours a day, along with a snack bar and special diet menus. We also appreciated the sauna, steam room, and fitness studio - a great way to relax after a day of touring.

We're having a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful personnel. The location is perfect, next door to the white house and easy walking distance to many tourist attractions such as shopping, restaurants, and concert arena. The room is comfortable with a spotless, gorgeous bathroom and the bed is super comfortable. The facilities are great, with spacious public rooms, lounge, and a welcoming bar area. We love the cozy bathrobes provided.

The check-in process was a bit slow due to understaffing, but the concierge was extremely helpful.

The Peacock Alley Tea was a bit disappointing, but the amazing view from our room overlooking the DC streets more than made up for it. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.
